I remember when Dylan would call to work to talk to Desa. Sometimes I would intercept the phone call before Desa had a chance to. I would say, "Hey Dylan, it's Ting Ting's mom" (Ting Ting is my cat and he would hear all about the adventures of Ting Ting through Desa). he would give a little giggle on the other end of the phone and say hello then ask how I was doing. We would have a brief little conversation and I would always tell him to be good to his momma. He would giggle and say "Yes, ma'am.". He put up with the crazy lady on the other end of the phone who was always trying to intercept his momma's phone calls.
